Our Approach & Philosophy
When we are engaged to represent a client in a probate dispute we recognize that time is very much of the essence. At first instance we endeavor to negotiate with the view to avoiding litigation. In circumstances where negotiation is fruitless we issue legal proceedings as quickly as possible with a view to establishing another platform for negotiated outcome. If negotiations fail to generate a dividend we have the in-house advocacy expertise, under the stewardship of Mr. Smith, to appear at trial to protect one’s inheritance, assertively and with a minimum of fuss.
