Kim Lovegrove MSE, RML is one of the founders of Lovegrove & Cotton Construction Lawyers New Zealand and a leading international authority on building regulatory reform with nearly 40 years of experience.
He is a past president of the New Zealand Institute of Building (NZIOB) Northern Chapter and is admitted to legal practice in New Zealand.
