Trans-Tasman Lawyers
Our New Zealand operations have a primary focus on the provision of advice for trans-Tasman building and engineering companies. Our firm is able to accept instructions from clients either side of the Tasman, to ensure the seamless interaction of the provision of legal advice for corporations that transact and do business in both countries.
Adjunct Professor Kim Lovegrove MSE RML is admitted to practice law in New Zealand.
Kim as you can tell by his cv has been recognised as a leading Australasian construction lawyer and has also worked as a senior law reform advisory consultant to the World Bank. He is also the Chairperson of the International Building Quality Centre and is past president of the NZIOB Northern Chapter and the Building Practitioners Board of Victoria
Justin Cotton, head of building practitioner guidelines who studied law at Auckland University, is Melbourne-based and can advise New Zealand clients in domiciled in Australia on matters pertaining to Australian jurisdictions.
