On the 27 March 2023 University of Salford Vice Chancellor Professor Helen Marshall, Professor Hisham Elkadi, and the Directorate of Sustainable Built & Natural Environments invite professionals from sectors such as construction, law, architecture, and property to a virtual seminar. The seminar will be led by the Honourable Justice Brian Preston, Chief Judge FRSN SC of the Land and Environment Court in New South Wales and will address how to avoid going to court for construction disputes from a wide range of perspectives.

Lovegrove & Cotton’s own Adjunct Professor Kim Lovegrove MSE, RML who is also Chair of the International Building Quality Centre and regular senior law reform advisor to the World Bank will be speaking.
