Justin Cotton presents with 21 years’ experience in domestic building dispute resolution. His address sheds light on s14 of the Domestic Building Contracts Act in 1995, the provision that ousted the jurisdiction of arbitration in the resolution of domestic building disputes in Victoria in the mid 1990’s.
