The founder of the law firm Adjunct Professor Kim Lovegrove MSE, RML had carriage of the National Model Building Act that was the template for modern day building control in a number of Australian jurisdictions. He was also heavily involved in the development of the Building Act 1993. It follows that Lovegrove and Cotton are preeminent in building regulatory expertise that is built upon a thirty year heritage.
