Adjunct Professor Kim Lovegrove MSE, RML will be one of the keynote speakers at FireNZ conference, 3 – 5 October 2023

FireNZ is holding it’s annual conference and exhibition event between the 3-5 October in Auckland. The event is a forum for fire protection, fire safety and fire engineering professionals. The national conference “has established a reputation as the premier fire industry event for keeping abreast of advancements in all aspects of fire safety in New Zealand.”

Lovegrove and Cotton’s own Kim Lovegrove will be speaking at the event at the following times:

  • 3 October 2023, 9:40am – 10:20am on the topic of ‘What an international best practice Building Act looks like – key learnings from 30 years – experience law reform’,
  • 4 October 2023, 11:15am – 11:45am on the topic of ‘How to inoculate the design of building regulation from failure’.
