Justin Cotton to address upcoming IBQC Global Construction Dispute Resolution Conference, 12 and 13 September

I am principal of practitioner advocacy and a principal of the Australian law firm Lovegrove and Cotton construction and planning lawyers. I have been practicing construction law on the Australian eastern seaboard for 21 years. I am also the chairman of the HIA Industrial Relations and Legal Services Committee.
I am looking forward to addressing this IBQC global conference. The conference theme being ‘How to Improve Affordability and Accessibility to Construction Dispute Resolution – A Global Thought Leadership Conference’.The conference is being held on two consecutive days to ensure that we are sympathetic to different hemisphere time zones.
My topic is ‘Why did Arbitration Lose its Relevance in Residential Dispute Resolution in Australia?’ and I will be providing my presentation at 6:40, on the 12 September. In keeping with the altruism of the IBQC, both sessions are free.
I will be addressing the conference with my fellow speakers. Speakers range from senior members of the judiciary from Africa, the antipodes, the United Kingdom, along with very senior construction lawyers and barristers, law reformers, a senior economist from the World Bank and a senior urban planner.
There is still time to register, and as this is a virtual conference there are no capacity of attendees. We very much hope that you will participate in an important global narrative. Very much looking forward to seeing you there. Please click on the link below for more information or to register.
